ALISA × 里SEASONing
An afternoon to taste the good things of Japan — and talk them over.
Across Japan, the seasons and a maker’s hands leave something good behind. A condiment that holds a whole harvest in one jar. A kimono motif carried through generations. Different forms, one intent — to inherit, and to let it evolve.
At this lunch, Lisa Terakado, founder of 里SEASONing, and Alisa Yamawaki, founder of ALISA, sit down at one table. Over a lunch built around condiments that 里SEASONing sources from makers across the country — prepared on site by our chef — they talk about where Japanese craft goes next. Twelve seats only.
